MARKETING MANAGER (JAPAN)

ROLE TYPE: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT (REMOTE)

BASED IN: TOKYO, JAPAN

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF JAPAN & ASIA TOURING

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative marketing solutions for all western and domestic artists touring in Japan.

You will develop integrated marketing campaigns, working with internal (Eventim Live Asia’s Touring, Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships teams) and external stakeholders (media agency, media outlets, industry), with the overall aim of executing best in class marketing campaigns and fan experiences for Eventim Live Japan and Eventim Live Asia tours, artists and brands to drive ticket sales for business and brand awareness.

You will be highly organised, a team player, adaptable, having a confident manner and work well under pressure.

Fluency in both Japanese (native) and English is a MUST.

TOUR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (ASIA)

ROLE TYPE: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT (REMOTE)

BASED IN: JAPAN OR SINGAPORE

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF JAPAN & ASIA TOURING

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Tour Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating overall tour logistics, including but not limited to visas, hospitality, transportation, accommodation, preparing itineraries and handling other miscellaneous requirements surrounding the servicing of engagements of Artists and Tours represented by Eventim Live Asia.

You will help streamline the process and execution of tour logistics for Eventim Live Asia. The Tour Operations Coordinator will operate across multiple countries and provide a consistent reliable service whilst working closely with the Eventim touring team, external partners and stakeholders.

You will be highly organised, a team player, adaptable, having a confident manner and work well under pressure. The suitable individual will be fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills, confidently dealing with internal departments, agencies and artist touring teams/management.
